What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidelines of the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager solicits transient and group business that enables Mondrian Singapore Duxton to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals in rooms, events, meetings, conferences and food and beverage.

The Sales department is responsible for selling the hotel and providing a relationship-oriented atmosphere for the client, who would book business into the hotel. The Sales Manager will have a defined sales territory, market segment(s), account list and/or may partner in a job-sharing setting. How your day looks like:

We are seeking a motivated individual with deep fashion industry knowledge, a focus on innovation, strong digital and creative skills, technological proficiency, and strategic thinking. This role leads the implementation of global marketing, communication, and content strategies, integrating digital and traditional marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and generate leads. The ideal candidate will champion cross-functional collaboration, foster an inclusive team environment encouraging diverse perspectives and innovative ideas, and ensure a proactive approach to market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitally transform the brand in all markets via various digital-driven marketing strategies and campaigns planning, including programmatic marketing, analytics, social media, operational marketing, and CRM
• Develop audience strategies and optimize productivity by leveraging advancements in technology while aligning with global HQ initiatives
• Lead daily integrated marketing cross-functional scrum and related stand-up activities to identify and prioritize planning and execution agenda
• Manage multiple projects, campaigns, and events in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms
• Apply SEO, content development, distribution, and measurement to effectively tailor content to reach audience personas
• Measure digital performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide budget forecasts, strategies, and guidelines to ensure alignment with budget parameters, while identifying and addressing any deviations promptly
• Stay current in all touchpoints and marketing trends; strongly influence on innovations and maintain digital leadership within the industry

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Performance/Digital Marketing within the lifestyle, retail, or fashion industry.
• Proven ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to pull data from various resources and translate it into trends, action plans and reporting templates
• Proven expertise in digital and programmatic marketing, e.g. Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media and creative design etc.
• Strong track record in marketing communications, lead generation, PR and achieving ambitious sales targets
• Demonstrated strong business judgement and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize and articulate highest impact initiatives in global markets

• Reporting to COO.
• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 BC ERP, other ERP solution sales experience is a bonus.
• Promote and actively push range of products/services that the company has developed, focusing on business process improvement for clients
• Jointly and proactively identity business deals and opportunities and ensure closure
• Be well equipped with all necessary product knowledge and basic demonstration skills
• Conduct case study, discussion and basic product demonstrations based on clients’ requirements
• Preparation of quotations and business proposals based on clients’ requirements
• Providing post-sales services and ensure post-sales satisfaction from the Company’s clientele
• Monitoring customers’ expectation and satisfaction with our products and services
• Effectively able to identify customers and company’s resources (both people and financially) to realize joint business objectives
• Ability to add value by identify gaps in client’s business processes to introduce mobility solutions.
• Minimum Diploma or higher.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Business Application / ERP sales.
• Sales experience in Enterprise Mobility.
