Introduction to the Role:

A global bank is looking for a Test Manager to develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools. Participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. The Position:

• Functional / technical Test Lead who can work closely with application development, DevOps, and the QA testing teams to arrive at complex test scenarios/test cases for all types of testing such as Functional, SIT, E2E testing.
• Responsible for coordination with testers in offshore, drive and manage the team.
• Responsible for sending Daily status report to all stakeholders highlighting daily execution status, risks, and mitigation plan.
• Responsible for Defect management and drive triage calls on a regular basis during SIT/E2E phase of testing.

The Candidate:

• At least 10 years of hands-on E2E testing experience in the banking / financial services industry.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of Software Quality Assurance Methodologies and experience testing
• Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment with a focus on exception service delivery.
• Good to have knowledge on Agile methodologies & Scrum framework.
