Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
   • Develop sales strategies and target in accordance with Betagro Group and liaise with headquarters.
   • Drive sales performance to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
   • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
   • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity for senior management.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience store chains.
   • Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
   • Act as a point of escalation for critical customer issues, ensuring swift resolution.
3. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and mentor a team of sales personnel, merchandisers, and marketing executives to ensure optimal performance.
   • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
   • Ensure staff are equipped with the necessary training and tools to succeed.
4. Marketing & Brand Building:
   • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, product launches, and other customer engagement activities.
   • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
5. Local & Regional Coordination:
   • Work closely with the headquarters in Thailand to align on product offerings, pricing, and strategy.
   • Provide regular market updates and feedback to regional leadership.
   • Ensure smooth coordination for cross-border operations and initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the food or FMCG industry, with a proven track record of achieving targets and managing key accounts. Experience working in a Thai food company is preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai is required for effective communication with headquarters in Thailand.
• Education: A degree in business, marketing, food sciences, or a related field is preferred.
