Role:

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy for the egg and food product business in Singapore. The ideal candidate will oversee sales targets, customer relationship management, and brand-building efforts, with a strong focus on serving food service customers, such as restaurants and hotels, as well as retail channels like supermarkets and convenience store chains. This position requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in the food and FMCG industry and the ability to coordinate with the headquarters in Thailand. This position will be sitting at a warehouse office in Tai Seng area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement:
   • Develop sales strategies and target in accordance with Betagro Group and liaise with headquarters.
   • Drive sales performance to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
