Job Description & Scope:

· Marketing - Grow new leads, including marketing, by calls to action and meet potential clients

· Sales – Understand client’s requirements and prepare quotations, follow up, and secure sales

· Execution – Monitor, deliver and invoice to clients

· Payment - responsible for payment follow-up and collection

Job Requirements:

· Minimum ‘O’ level

· Minimum 3 years of Singapore sales experience in construction related

· Driving licence (Class 2 or 3) optional

Remuneration Details:

· Monthly salary $3,000 mth + commission

· Transport allowance $800/mth

· 5-day work week (8.30am – 5.30pm) (40 hours work week)

· High variable commission

· Annual Leave 14 days and various other leave

· 2x bonus per year: Mid-Year-Bonus (Jun) & Year-End-Bonus

• Reporting & Performance Tracking:Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and generate regular reports for management.
  Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to meet targets.

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale trading sector.
• Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective strategies.
  Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Sales Manager Responsibilities
