• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Undertake market intelligence and consumer insights projects, via a range of medium and platforms, to stay informed and abreast of trends and developments in the F&B sector

Job Requirements

• Diploma and above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant working experiences preferably in F&B industry
• In-depth knowledge in Singapore F&B market with keen insights and organization/planning management
• Familiar with international and China F&B branding, and its marketing/PR strategies
• Strong in planning and executing marketing programs, methods of multimedia channels and publicity of our brands

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International PR and Marketing Manager to lead our global communications and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will enhance WeRide's brand visibility, foster strong media relationships, and drive effective marketing campaigns across international markets. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of global PR trends, cross-cultural communication, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Public Relations:
• Develop and execute international PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with international media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and other communication materials tailored for diverse audiences.
• Manage global media outreach, press conferences, and interview opportunities.
• Monitor and respond to global media coverage to manage brand reputation.
• Marketing Strategy:
• Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives in international markets.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values.
• Oversee the planning and execution of international marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, etc.
• Analyze market trends and audience insights to optimize strategies.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage global digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and paid media campaigns.
• Develop and execute content strategies for international platforms, adapting for local audiences.
• Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns, ensuring ROI.
• Crisis Communication:
• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to mitigate risks to the brand's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in international PR, marketing, or communications roles, with a focus on global markets.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global PR, marketing campaigns and digital marketing.
• Strong network of international media contacts and knowledge of global media landscapes.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a problem-solving and result-driven style.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes stressed environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred given the stakeholders the role will be interacting with

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies - Design marketing strategies including designing landing pages, copywriting, email marketing, and remarketing campaigns to drive effective digital marketing campaigns that produce results on different marketing channels (e.g. Google, YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook etc) to promote our products and services.
• Event Planning - Plan and manage events from end-to-end, which includes conferences, seminars, workshops, corporate meetings, webinars & networking events
• Marketing Campaigns & Promotions - Drive communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution. Conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing promotions, campaigns, and activations to boost clinic sales.
• Execute Marketing Plans Within Budget - Plan and manage the marketing budget for customer acquisition campaigns and ensuring the KPI and ROI are met.
• Reporting and Analysis - Set up and track analytics to measure the marketing performance and track various trends, statistics, and performance goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare sector
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at a time.
• Creative and has the ability to problem solve and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

· Assist Sales Personnel with presentation and serve drinks to Showroom visitors.

· To maintain cleanliness and upkeeping of Showroom.

· In charge of opening and closing of the showroom.

Even and Exhibiton Support

· Manage all exhibiton with logistic and booth installation coordinating.

Administration

· Maintain equipment inventory and maintenance.

· Provide secretarial support to the CEO.

· Liaise with the Finance Manager on Expenses reports periodically.

· Work location: Ubi Vertex

· Working hours/days: 9am to 6pm/ 5 days

Job Requirement

· Minimum degree hoder with 3-4 years related experience.

· Knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications

· Ability to write professionally, have an excellent command of written English and grammar

· Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

· Flexibility to work with multiple personalities and with all levels of management within an organization

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
