Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Attending to sales enquiries
• Execute marketing programmes and evaluate their effectiveness
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations, enquiries
• Process order confirmations & coordination between customers and internal departments
• Conduct competitive analysis report on overseas assignment
• Analyse distributors' sales performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business related, or relevant qualifications. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Technically-inclined
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Well-versed with MS Office applications
• Candidates with experience handling building product sales has distinct advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill.

• Service international customer accounts and update them with pricing / promotions
• Shipment documentation, inventory and operations coordination
• Support sales and operations team in daily tasks
• Stock counting and checking for import & export
• Coordinate with warehouse and salespersons on logistics and operations matters to facilitate import/export of goods
• Assist in localisation of goods
• Undertake any other assignments and duties which the management may assign from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of working experience in import/export
• Shipping / freight forwarding experience strongly preferred
• Familiar with creating / processing shipping / inspection documents, arranging schedules etc.
• Good with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite or any ERP system will be an added advantage
• Written and spoken English and Mandarin
