Job Description:

The Sales Executive will promote the Company’s assets for rental and sales and will be accountable for the entire sales process. He/She will need to visit clients (new and old) and their project sites or new sites to canvass for business and successfully secure the order. He/She will also need to liaise with the Operations team to ensure smooth delivery of the assets to the client site. He/She will also need to follow up with their clients to ensure that invoices are paid and monies collected within a reasonable time frame.

He/She will report directly to the Sales Manager (if applicable), or directly to Managing Director and General Manager and will regularly update them on sales pipeline, discussion progress and implements activities to achieve the targets set by the Company.

Job Requirements

• Must be self driven and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Prefer those with sales background
• Those with prior heavy machinery or construction equipment sales or rental experience will have an added advantage.
• Possess a valid and minimum Class 3 driving license
• Good communications and soft people skills
• Be able to submit daily updates, and weekly reports to management

SALES EXECUTIVES

Job Scope

• Follow up on sales enquiries from online channels, call-ins, emails, messages and/or referrals.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend our products and services as solutions.
• Provide quotations, follow ups and maintain necessary communication with customers.
• Coordinate with the respective branches to coordinate customers' viewing, move-in and/or other arrangements.
• Ensure the customer database is updated accurately and promptly.
• No shift hours or cold calling
• Attractive performance incentives based on achievement of sales targets (in addition to basic salary advertised).

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation /Processing of sales order and handling of documentations
• Follow-up on status of Sales Quotation and Sales Orders.
• Handle customer enquiries and refer them to the sales representatives/manager in charged
• Responding to feedback in a professional manner and ensure proper channel in response to take action
• Coordinate with internal operation team on delivery schedule or resolve arising issues in a timely manner.
• Preparation of reports on sales forecast; monitor, update and check sales order backlog against customer request delivery time & quantities
• Any other ad-hoc job as assigned by the H.O.D.

REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support or customer service (other administrative positions may be considered)
• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration / Accountancy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Navision knowledge is a plus
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, adaptable and open to changes
• Good work attitude, responsible and self-initiated
• Able to pick up product knowledge for effective communications and coordination
