Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tailored to the needs of the school environment.
• Manage work pass applications for new employees and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries, handling issues related to payroll, benefits, leave applications, and employee grievances in a supportive and professional manner.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, organizing staff engagement activities and wellness programs to enhance job satisfaction and employee retention.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process, working closely with management and department heads to ensure staff are meeting their objectives and receiving appropriate feedback and development opportunities.
• Ensure that the school’s HR practices align with the overall mission and vision of the school, contributing to an enriching educational environment for both staff and students.
• Maintain and update HR records and employee data using HR management software, ensuring data privacy and compliance with PDPA.
