• Lead the corporate credit card program, ensuring alignment with financial policies and fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
• Take ownership of daily cash management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs and aligning with strategic cash flow goals.
• Manage electronic payment workflows, implementing advanced controls to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a dynamic cash flow forecasting model, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead the preparation of accurate and insightful monthly financial statements, with a focus on profit and loss analysis.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of fixed assets, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and depreciation schedules.
• Partner with the CFO in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, integrating financial data into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance; CA, CPA, or ACCA
• A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent international certifications are a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements, managing tax compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Experience in SMEs or dynamic, growth-focused environments is preferred.
• Mastery in Quickbooks is preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced accounting technologies.
