Hippo Prop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team of residential property agents and drive our agent recruitment efforts. From monitoring the sales pipeline and lead conversion to developing new business opportunity with industry partners, this key personnel will ensure the business growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing the sales team, and overseeing the agent recruitment team to meet ambitious growth targets. This role demands exceptional people management skills, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to innovate and scale operations in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Revenue & Leadership:

• Develop and execute sales strategies that enhance profitability and increase market share.
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team of property agents to achieve organization’s goals
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to maximize outcomes.

2. Recruitment and Team Development:

• Oversee the recruitment team to meet agent recruitment targets.

• Manage onboarding processes for new agents to ensure they are integrated effectively into the team.

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

• The Sales Executive acts as the points of contact with the customers, portraying professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.

• Interact with clients, vendors & visitors in a professional manner.

• Cold call on projects and companies that come across out in the field.
