• Prepare/review sales and purchase invoices and check balance with vendors/customers.
• Review and provide feedback on sales and purchase contracts, receivables, budgets and performance estimates.
• Liaise with external auditors / consultants on interim / annual audit and tax filing.
• Ensure effective internal controls in relation to financial reporting are in place, identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute the change management process.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications
• CPA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, with experience acquired in Big 4 and/or listed company is an advantage.
• Familiar with group accounting policies, tax requirement and internal control procedures. Experience in US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance is an advantage.
• Experienced in SAP S/4HANA preferred
• Self-motivated and high degree of initiative, high level of integrity with a strong sense of urgency

Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager / Engineers

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in coordinating project improvements related to quality, costs, and delivery time.
• Propose enhancements for T&C methodologies and processes.
• Plan and estimate T&C activities.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test results.
• Assist in designing and setting up testing platforms.
• Prepare and execute T&C activities, including documentation, software installation, testing, commissioning, surveys, and defect reports.
• Conduct on-site testing with clients and designated contractors.
• Investigate system faults and provide comprehensive root cause analyses.
• Ensure adherence to corporate standards and operating processes in T&C activities.
• Prepare and manage Quality Reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience; candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Senior/Manager roles.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that the project milestones are met
• Work closely with Pre-sales team to review design, scope and effort estimation for new opportunities
• Lead a team in the project to complete the required scope on-time.
• Lead the design and architecture of cloud solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
• Oversee the deployment of cloud services and applications
• Lead cloud infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Drive initiatives to automate repetitive tasks and streamline cloud operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members on cloud technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Evaluate cloud service providers and technologies to determine the best fit for organizational needs.

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 8 years focused specifically on cloud technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are preferred and may be required depending on the role.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions in public, private, or hybrid environments is essential. Proficient in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture principles, including compute, storage, networking, and security concepts.
• Proficiency in cloud automation, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Experience in leading a team of technical resources
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. Experience in containerizing applications, managing container clusters, and optimizing containerized workloads.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, subnets, routing, load balancing, and security groups. Knowledge of network protocols, VPNs, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. Ability to automate software delivery processes and streamline development workflows.
