CLIENT SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Director, Global Growth Marketing to oversee worldwide marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the company rapid scale of growth, scaling demand while enhancing top and bottom-line performance. This role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the software industry and a robust track record in executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to scaling revenue and bottom line growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive worldwide marketing strategy that aligns with the organizational goals and promotes sustainable growth.
• Growth Leadership: Lead initiatives that enhance demand, revenue generation and profitability through targeted marketing on a global scale.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Brand Development: Elevate the brand presence and perception in the marketplace by crafting compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Min 8+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles within the software industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue and growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies.
• Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive app downloads, strong ROI and efficient CAC.
• Plan and ensure successful execution and optimization for key traffic KPIs on paid, organic and own media channels.
• Identifying and testing new channels to consistently meet or exceed established KPIs.
• Conduct market and keyword research, competitive analysis and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights and areas of improvement.
• Provide regular performance reports to Management.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop compelling creatives and messaging.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing (experience in e-commerce sector will have an added advantage).
• Experience in campaigns and channel analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and analytics tools.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC and other digital marketing strategies.
• Good analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Chinese in order to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts in HQ.

• Salary: $4,000 - $4,500
• Working days: Mon ~ Friday, 8am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage international commemorative coins and collectibles programs.
• Formulate, align and implement product marketing plans in meeting stakeholders and company’s business goals to achieve outreach and sales objectives.
• Ensure seamless and timely execution of product development, production, launch, marketing and sales plan.
• Conduct market trend analysis.
• Provide marketing expertise and support to sales channels to achieve marketing and sales objectives.
• P&L responsibilities for assigned programs.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder specializing in Business Studies/ Marketing / Arts & Social Science

• Assist manager for Brand Building through integrated communication touch points
• Localization and execution of global marketing projects, including ideation, and distribution through various channels
• Brainstorm and manage overall digital marketing strategy to drive lead acquisition and increase online presence
• Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against ROI goals
