Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the ideation, development and implementation of marketing initiatives and tactical campaigns to strengthen branding and drive revenue for Goodwood Park Hotel, encompassing rooms, F&B establishments as well as meeting and event facilities.
• Manage the brand marketing projects and tactical campaign executions by the marketing communications team members.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to review business needs to identify gaps and opportunities for establishing, planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.
• Leverage collaborations with external business partners to enhance marketing outreach.
• Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and consistent brand articulation in owned marketing assets, paid media channels and partner platforms.
• Craft and proofread content for marketing communications efforts.
• Work with appointed PR agency to schedule and conduct media engagement activities to generate editorial opportunities and maximise coverage.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and budgeting for the marketing communications needs.
• Assist in analysis reports of campaigns and making recommendations on strategies and tactics to address level of effectiveness.
• Work with the in-house designer or external vendors on conceptualisation and development of marketing materials.
• Supervise media and external partner requests for photoshoots, filming and interviews.
• Plan and manage internal photography or videography requirements.
• Assess recommendation for sponsorship or collaboration requests.
• Provide adhoc administrative support to the department, as and when required.

Requirements:

• Recognised degree in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communication.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality, travel or F&B industry.
• Excellent command of English with proficiency in Chinese language.

The Role

• You will play a key role throughout the product development lifecycle, from customer/market research in the discovery phase to determine positioning through to defining/executing go-to-market plans, and driving post-launch engagement with customers for feedback. 

• You will work closely with product management, design, engineering, analytics, operations, marketing, and public relations teams to ensure the successful launch, promotion, and adoption of our products. 

• This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand market trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.

• Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our products in the marketplace.

As a Product Marketing Manager for Ads, you will shape the strategy, planning and communication of our suite of Ads solutions, thought leadership in digital, and supporting the Sales organization in driving advertising business from large corporate clients and agencies. You'll encourage and educate marketers across the Philippines with market insights, support content strategy, and communicate effectively through scalable marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Comms, Sales and Ads Product Specialists, as well as collaborating with other Marketing teams across global offices.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales organization to drive positive brand perception & incremental revenue
• Drive business analysis and analytical activities to develop B2B marketing strategy.
• Handle B2B marketing for large corporations and agencies to ensure synergy in operation, efficiency in execution and consistency in narrative to the market.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 4 years’ work experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related B2B industry with business acumen
• Experience at a marketing firm, agency, management consulting firm, bank, and/or in another role requiring strategic problem identification and problem-solving skills.

As a Digital Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. You will oversee all aspects of digital media planning, buying, and optimization across various online channels, ensuring effective targeting and maximum ROI.
