The Opportunity

This role is responsible for building and delivering our core content for the Group, creating compelling, informative, and engaging narratives to support Toll’s engagement with customers, conversion and revenue through digital and email channels. This includes leading the content writing and managing the teams responsible for creative delivery across design and multimedia.

• Lead, craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy, ensuring a unified brand voice aligned with business goals across various channels including and not limited to marketing campaigns, social media, product, webinars, thought leadership pieces, infographics, customer newsletters, case studies, videos and digital content
• Plan editorial calendar and lead editorial meetings with key stakeholders to ensure consistent push of content across all channels (website, social media, email etc). • Design, write and create engaging email campaigns that are responsive, visually appealing and optimized for different devices with the support of email marketing platforms. Conduct email campaign optimization and develop automated email workflows, using segmentation strategies to nurture prospects, promote cross sells and gain win backs. Manage and segment the email list to ensure targeted communication with specific customer segments. Monitor and report content performance with analytics tools to track content success and ROI, email campaign performance and deliverability rates, using insights to refine content strategies and improve future content. Develop and implement an overall email marketing strategy identifying target audiences and segments to create personalized and relevant email content.
• Collaborate with the Toll Design Studio – focusing on content copywriting and design to produce visually appealing and engaging materials. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote content effectively

To Be Successful, You'll need:
