Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation for both internal and third parties.
• Outline budgets based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
• Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Manage and adjust to changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Manage relationship with the clients and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computing or Computer Science or IT related field.
• Min. 3-4 years’ experience as a skilled Project Manager handling million-dollar value infrastructure related projects.
• Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and solve problems which may arise throughout the project.

Position Summary:

This role primarily supports SEA financial forecast and Business Finance activities. We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (Corporate Development & M&A). This role involves enforcing the group’s global policies, procedures, and guidelines concerning dangerous goods, ensuring compliance with international and statutory requirements while driving business development in this critical area. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate management within the container shipping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

· Work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential M&A opportunities that align with the company’s growth and strategic objectives.

· Conduct market research to identify possibilities, potential challenges and roadblocks, and alternative solutions.

Due Diligence & Deal Evaluation:

· Lead and coordinate the due diligence process, ensuring comprehensive analysis of financial, operational, legal, and strategic aspects of target setups / entities.

· Coordinate with Finance team on financial modelling and valuation of potential acquisitions, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis (CCA), precedent transactions, and other valuation methodologies.

Job Description:
