Campaign Planning and Execution

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing and Branding

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
• Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to promote our personal training services.

Content Creation and Public Relations

• Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and the company website.
• Leverage past media recognition (The Straits Times, The Epoch Times, Berita Harian) to enhance the brand's credibility.
• Collaborate with influencers and media outlets to secure positive coverage and endorsements.

Operational Support

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including coordinating schedules, events, and training logistics.
• Support the team in ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients across various training locations.

Financial Oversight

• Monitor marketing and operational expenses, ensuring adherence to budget allocations.
• Provide regular financial reports and recommend cost-effective strategies to optimize resources.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Description: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Publicizes events & special promotions
• Developed marketing materials. example: ads and brochures and execute advertising campaigns and promote brand recognition
• Work closely with internal and external Teams to ensure all social media platform is up to dated.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients
• Conduct markets research and identify event opportunities and generate interest for holding events

• Responsible for tender of new projects and servicing of existing projects

Qualifications

• Strong time management - Able to organize time effectively, forward plan and prioritize tasks/projects to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately

2. Delivers content consistent with approved marketing strategies at a fashion that is accurate, professional, and timely
3. Conducts an analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
4. Interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff members
5. Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
6. Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services
7. Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
8. Works with the marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
9. Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
10. Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
11. Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals
