Position: (Milk Tea Store) Store Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage the daily operations of our milk tea store. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
   Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall organization of the store.
   
2. Staff Supervision:Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure they perform efficiently and effectively.
   Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
   Foster a positive and productive working environment.
   
3. Customer Service:Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming store atmosphere.
   Handle escalations and maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
   
4. Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
   Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
   Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and replenishments.
   
5. Financial Management:Handle cash flow, including daily sales reconciliation and deposits.
   Track store expenses and maintain profitability by controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
   Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and other financial documentation.
   
6. Sales and Marketing:Develop strategies to increase sales and attract more customers.
   Implement promotions, loyalty programs, and marketing campaigns.
   Analyze sales trends and provide insights for improving business performance.
   
7. Compliance and Safety:Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
   Handle audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and operational standards.
   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or food & beverage (F&B) management, preferably in the milk tea or café industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in handling POS systems and basic financial reporting tools.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement.

Strategic Role:

This position is directly responsible to comply with TM Global’s Sales objective by contributing to the strategic direction or strategic plan of the business focusing on Enterprise and Wholesale segment for Data products in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell company’s wholesale and retail products to Carriers, SMEs, MNC and corporate customers.

· Market and develop partnerships

· Creates work plans, goals and objectives to manage day-to-day operations, meet business targets and improve works processes

· Collaborate with Global Business Division and Product Development Units of Telekom Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur in relation to market trends, new products, budget and service delivery issues

· Maintain proper records of all business transaction and customers information

· Manage service activation of customer order including timely acquisition of network equipment and site preparation works

· Manage and direct all vendors and partners involved and implementing performance standards

· Review monthly, quarterly and annual sales numbers to ensure budget is exceeded

· Review weekly activity for internal discussions

· Ensuring we are touching all of our customers and prospects on an ongoing and consistent basis

· Create strategies to increase sales growth and profitability through development of new accounts and the growth of existing customers

· Produce timely business performance and status report for the company’s management and Board of Directors meetings

· Must be able to use data in order to make business decisions

· Performs other duties as assigned by the direct superior

Job Requirements:

· Candidates preferably possess a degree in Telecommunication or Information Technology, or Sales and Marketing

· Candidates should have at least 8 years’ experience in enterprise and wholesale products market environment.

· PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet mail.

· Good technical feel and business writing skills

· Having strong customer focus, extensive sales and marketing contacts.

· Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communication and presentation skills

· Proven track record in managing wholesale bandwidth and data business. Also must be able to handle several complex customers’ request/tasks simultaneously.

· Positive working attitudes and able to go on business trips independently

· Data Center knowledge would be an added advantage

• Develop sales strategy: Create a plan for the business to achieve its sales goals

• Hire and train salespeople: Recruit and train new sales representatives
• Motivate the sales team: Encourage the sales team to generate leads and build relationships with clients

• Manage the sales budget: Ensure sales operations are within budget
• Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments to ensure the sales strategy aligns with the business's overall objectives
