Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Content Marketing

• Maintain and update the corporate website with current information, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and brand guidelines.
• Develop a consistent schedule for social media posts, website updates, and ensure brand voice is consistently applied across all digital touchpoints.

5. Design & Creative Support

• Perform basic design adaptations for digital and print materials as needed, ensuring brand consistency.
• Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to modify existing templates or create simple graphic assets for marketing use.

6. Additional Support:

• Handling ad hoc duties as required to support the event’s commercial and branding objectives.

The Scientific Sales Support and Executive Assistant to the General Manager plays a dual role mainly in facilitating sales operations while providing some essential administrative support to the General Manager.
