Job Description

• Managing and updating official social media and website
• Copywriting for social media, website, articles, monthly newsletter (B2C & B2B)
• Brainstorming and proposing new promotional plans to boost brand image and awareness
• Preparing press releases
• Managing community outreach (speaking to community leaders, YouTuber collaborations)
• Managing digital promotion (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Tailor promotional plans to fit each product release
• Data analysis (social media, surveys, ads)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Marketing /Communications
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

About the role

· Be responsible for running partner marketing campaigns that include social media, website, press releases, POS material, short from video content and other supporting collateral

· Execute partner promotions for utu products to retailers, and consumers

· Be able to craft compelling articles and partner communication

· Collaborate with external advertising and PR agencies

· Monitor and optimize campaigns and programs to measure marketing success

· Establish collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment, smooth execution, and overall project success

· Obtain partner testimonials in the form of videos and quotes for building brand awareness

· To manage and handle day-to-day operations relating to marketing and support customer service team

Preferred experiences & skills

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant concentration. E.g. marketing, business or hospitality

· Minimum 3-4 years of full-time work experience

· Experience in travel, retail, or fintech industries will be looked upon favourably

· Agency experience is advantageous

· Proven experience in running global marketing campaigns and PR

· Experience in Email, Push, SMS, in-app messaging channels and platforms like Braze or Mailchimp.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

· Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward cross-functionally

· 6 months contract, with potential conversion to permanent.

Requirement

• Min. Degree in marketing communications or business
• Min. 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Has prior healthcare operational experience may also be considered
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital media platforms
• Prior experience in healthcare operations/marketing/digital agency would be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking and project management skills
• Resourceful and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for analysing and improving operations.
