Requirements

• Bachelor / Master's degree;
• 2+ years’ experience working in a high-performing sales organization focused on generating new sales (not renewals!);
• 2+ years experience operating in a structured sales organization as exhibited by structured deal management by lead/deal stages AND use of analytics and CRM tools to manage forecasts, pipeline activities, or territory planning;
• 1+ years’ experience in managing a high-performance team;
• Passionate about achieving sales goals and able to inspire others to join you;
• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales team with diverse backgrounds and styles;
• Outstanding leadership skills, with an ability to work with and use data;

Compensation

The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly.
