Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the quantity surveyors in contract administration to ensure quality and timely delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and monitor their performance to ensure compliance and adherence to project timelines.
• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustments, contract disputes, and claims with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and monitor project cost budgets and cash flow, track changes in design/construction work, manage variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the project team and oversee the quantity surveying team in analyzing, evaluating, and negotiating quotations to ensure timely contract awarding to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Draft contractual correspondence and ensure the timely finalization of accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Participate in the project tender process, including leading the team in tabulating quantities and pricing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the full cycle of construction project administration.
• Have existing contacts/networks/pool of sub-contractors to source quotations/pricing, etc.
• Experience working in a Singapore Consultant Company is preferred.
• Experience with Singapore public civil projects is an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• Essential knowledge of cost economics.
• Strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning and scheduling project timelines, tasks and deliverables

• Supporting project team in meeting deadlines, monitoring task completion and ensuring smooth project flow

• Maintaining and organizing project documentation, including plans and business requirements

• Preparing status reports and presentations for management

• Developing training resources with the vendor’s support

• Engaging key stakeholders to ensure they are informed and supportive of the change through regular communications

• Driving change management strategies and plans, including coordinating communication and training programs to help users adapt to the new system features

• Handling and responding to user inquiries and issues reported for the product via various communication channels like emails and calls

• Helping users resolve issues with the product by following the FAQs guide

• Escalating unresolved issues to senior staff or business teams when necessary

• Meeting performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates

• Maintaining accurate records of all communications and resolutions for future reference

• Working with other team members, supervisors or departments to ensure efficient service operations

• Experience with change management for implementation of new systems and/or customer engagement

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, patience and attention to detail

• Proficiency with basic computer skills

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain NEA/SEA commissioning guidelines for data center equipment and mission-critical systems.
• Manage commissioning processes and consultants.
• Conduct onsite reviews, audits, and optimize commissioning processes, KPIs, and standards.
• Lead commissioning resources to meet project standards and timelines.
• Review commissioning workflows, reports, and performance across Asia projects.
• Support implementation of global digital commissioning platforms and tracking tools.
• Manage relationships with Commissioning Consultants to align with project needs.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in engineering/commissioning within DC and mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, CIBSE, and BSRIA commissioning codes.
• Expertise in MEP systems and commissioning from Level 0 to 6 for 24x7 facilities.
• Consultant and owner-side project experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and communication skills; regional language skills advantageous.
• Project Management training/qualification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
