Ideal candidates will possess a strong educational background in a medical device or medical-related field, providing them with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, regulatory landscape, and patient needs. This role will require extensive travel, particularly to China, to build relationships with key stakeholders, attend industry events, and cultivate strategic partnerships.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate the Chinese market, leveraging your understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory environment.
• Building and managing strong customer relationships with key stakeholders in the Chinese healthcare system, including hospitals, clinics, and government agencies.
• Leading fundraising efforts to secure investment for company growth and expansion in China, drawing upon your experience in securing funding for medical device companies.
• Exploring and cultivating strategic partnerships with key players in the Chinese fitness and healthcare industries to enhance market reach and drive sales.
• Representing Bixeps at industry events and conferences in China to build brand awareness, network with potential investors and partners, and gain valuable market insights.

Objective of the role:

Drive revenue growth and market expansion for our Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems in Singapore and the region. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and solidify the company's position as a leading provider in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
• Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
• Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Superb leadership ability.
• Potential traveling at least 10% of the time.
• Preferable relevant experiences in Semiconductor Industry.
• Preferably with Engineering background.
