Job Description:
· Accountable for all assigned account renewal opportunities from maintenance and subscription renewals, from proactive calling, follow-up, closure, receive of PO from customer to invoice.
· All renewal opportunities have to be on-time, with appropriate planning of time period to approach customer for renewal.
· Manage all maintenance and renewal processes; maintenance/subscription renewals, customer database management, and work closely with Account Managers.
· Accountable for 100% renewal and renewal sales quota.
· Provide quotation and related documents to customers to renew annuity services, hardware maintenance and software or license subscription without delay.
· Keep accurate records of all renewals in the system.
· Must meet sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements.
· Maintain account team relationships and transfers opportunities as appropriate.
Requirements:
· Possess minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
· Have minimum 1 year of direct sales experience, preferable to be in IT System Integrator or Managed Service Provider environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude.
· A team player with determination to drive to excel. Excellent customer service skills
· Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
