We are growing our Sales Development team in Singapore, and looking for energetic self-
starters. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new leads and creating
sales opportunities for our sales team by reaching out to potential customers through cold
calls.
â—Ź Spark interest and secure appointments by initiating outbound calls to introduce B2B
services that business owners will find useful
â—Ź Capture and qualify leads through engaging conversations, identifying their needs,
and determining their level of interest in our offerings.
â—Ź Maintain accurate and detailed records of cold call activities, including call outcomes,
lead information, and next steps, using our CRM software.
â—Ź Continuously refine cold calling strategies and scripts to maximise effectiveness and
improve conversion rates.
â—Ź Collaborate closely with the sales team to share updates, insights and feedback,
contributing to the refinement of overall sales strategies.
