We are looking for an experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the leads and client accounts, creating proposals and budgets, planning event concepts for clients, and closing deals.
For this position, you should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. As a Sales and Accounts Manager at Get Out!, you should also use your communication skills to manage and service different client accounts and portfolios. Work with Senior Management to develop the selection criteria & key negotiation terms for technology licensing, JV or other collaboration methods
Identify the areas of opportunities and focus for products & services recommendation
Identify potential new markets locally and abroad, and create a plan to enter the market.
Develop and use knowledge of the markets to identify, develop and support the Company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Analysis of customer research, current market trend and conditions information.
Research, find, build, develop and enhance new & existing relationships with key business consultant, government, industry association, academic institutions in related areas and turn into business opportunities.
Identify opportunities for selling and distributing channels that will lead to increase business opportunities.
Attend related activities, such as conference and seminars, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
Planning and preparing presentations. Conduct information sessions and other presentations of events, products and services to enhance existing/new relationships.
Requirements:
Degree/Diplomas in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business development.
Knowledge in Automation technology not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
Pleasant and easy-going with good interpersonal & communication skill
Familiar in using Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
Regional travelling is expected
