Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Medical Device Sales Representative to promote and expand our brand of surgical implants across Singapore. You will be responsible for managing and growing the business in your assigned region, with a focus on developing strong relationships with surgeons and stakeholders in hospitals, surgery centers, and other medical facilities. The role involves extensive time in operating rooms, specializing in Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Oral Maxillofacial, Otolaryngology, and Facial Plastics. Candidates preferable to have operating room sales experience in the medical device field or any type of products that requires presence in operating rooms and a proven track record of success. This role emphasizes integrity-based selling, prioritizing the needs of patients, surgeons, and providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on our surgical implants.
Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospital/medical facility stakeholders.
Navigate hospital channels and value analysis committees to introduce new implants.
Present and articulate product benefits to surgeons, hospital staff, and purchasing departments.
Conduct regular consignment reviews with new and existing customers (monthly to quarterly).
Complete vendor credentialing requirements for operating room access in Singapore.
Provide weekly updates on CRM data and sales progress to the office manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven success in medical device/implants sales within operating room environments.
Strong customer service and networking abilities.
Integrity-driven selling approach.
Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building and influencing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
Expertise in negotiation strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
This position could be either fulltime, part time or freelance.
Salary range: we pay a fixed salary, 12 x per year and a target bonus agreement based on revenues achieved.
