Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Implementing new sales plans
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Sales Executive for Lighting (experienced)

Our company has a new start-up company selling light bulbs and general lightings. We have the distributorship to a China brand to sell in Singapore. We are looking for a sales person who has experience in sales with Lighting.

Basic salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 (depending on the years of experience)
Transport allowance: $500.00
Commission: To be discussed.
Medical reimbursement: $200/year
Annual Leave: 10 days
Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm

Job scope:

- Promo this brand to the retail shops and if possible approach the MCST (Building Management).

- Co-call and do email marketing

- Prepare and support to the sales-related documents including sales quotation, product lists for the project

- Liaise and communicate with the suppliers and clients in order to ensure the smoothness of the project

- Monitor and track the progression of the project

- Liaise and coordinate events if needed

Responsibilities:

• Attend to sales leads and enquiries
• Increase sales to current and prospective clients.
• Prospecting, qualifying, developing and securing new & existing accounts.
• Monitor and evaluate sales efficiency, strategies and productivity against inventory position and customers’ plan.
• Optimize and maintain sales target tin working closely with different internal departments -Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and Logistics.
• Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within an account.
• Prepares standard quotations and proposals.
• Maintaining the credibility of the customers’ payment terms via prompt collections, close monitoring of accounts and having external information, insights and business intelligence, on credit issues of your customers.
• Update sales data in Navision system.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.

• Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage

Additional Information:

• Work hours: 9.00am - 6.30pm

• 5 day work week
