• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Gul Circle (Transportation provided)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + HP Allowance + Incentive
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to follow-up, utilizing sales leads, cold calls, etc.
• Develop and refine sales strategies for targeted customers to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Foster and maintain robust business relationships with both new and current clients, ensuring prospective and ongoing satisfaction with products and services offered.
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Provide comprehensive technical presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products.

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in equipment sales or related field would be advantageous.

Job Description

You will be the evangelist of our SaaS solutions platform for Real Estate and SME Businesses. You’re also very strong at outbound sales calls and passionate about technology on how its solving issues faced by SME clients. You are also able to communicate how technology efficiencies can bring greater value to our target clients. You are a self-starter with a strong mindset towards being part of and growing a new business / product line.

What will you do?

• You will be generating the leads and appointments through out-bound to on-board new clients and be in charge maintain relationship with current clients.
• You will work closely with the management team on joint marketing calls, where required.
• You are comfortable with working on software and will be helping/training new clients on how to use our software.
• You will be addressing/supporting current clients as they might have questions/issues with the software.

Who we are looking for?

• Solid experience 1-3 years in Outbound Sales and Telesales Marketing.
• You should have a GROWTH mindset and the ability to work independently.
• You are very comfortable with CLOUD software and can learn quickly.
• Having a good understanding of real estate sales and rental processes will be a BIG PLUS.
• Self-starter and comfortable with flat informal structure and able to work in a fast-moving start-up environment.
