• Process and maintain customer purchase orders, external customer purchase order systems and electronic data interchange (EDI)
• Compiles and generates various customer/sales report
• Contract review of customer purchase orders
• Capable of working unassisted with OEM and aftermarket customer requirements
• Maintain off-line sales systems as required (i.e., Product Master, FACT)
• Responds to customer pricing requests per established price list
• Interacts with other departments as required (order status, delivery updates, warranty & quality)
• File and maintain documentation
• Interfaces with customers on a day-to-day basis
• Over-time may be required with little or no notice to accommodate customer needs
• Prepares and submits customer quotations per established price list
• Responds to internal and external customer question

Other Functions

• May respond to other administrative requests from Account Managers
• May input forecast information and/or participates in planning meetings
• Picks up and distributes department mail
• Cross train with other Customer Support Representatives
• May provide limited coverage (short term) for account management function
• Small international locations may be involved in other administrative tasks from other functional areas (i.e., payment processing, after hour calls)
• May provide product or technical application information
• May assist in preparing customer account review packages
• Limited face-to-face customer contact, which may involve minimal travel
• Smaller international locations may require low-level product application work
• Actively participates with account receivables management (collection process, validate PO to sales order, collections, etc.)

What you’ll do

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (Vietnamese-speaking) at Airwallex, you will drive Airwallex’s future growth engine by working with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to qualify leads that will build Airwallex’s sales pipeline. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small and medium enterprise (SME) leads, ranging from qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights that will help create an even better experience for future clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Airwallex: Create a strong first impression to our prospects by providing them with an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise.
• Identify Opportunities: Utilize data and speak with prospects to qualify and understand how our use cases can address their business needs and pain points.
• Educate and Activate: Teach customers how to leverage the full range of Airwallex products, and ensure adoption of our products.
• Champion Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer within Airwallex, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.

Minimum qualifications:

• Local Market Knowledge (Vietnam): Proficient in Vietnamese, both written and verbal. You have spent considerable time in Vietnam and are familiar with the local business landscape.
• Strong Hustle: You love sales, and are driven and resilient to achieve KPIs.
• Customer Engagement: Confident in directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote Airwallex solutions.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese, and a great communicator on the phone and via email.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Collaborative: Great team player who enjoys tackling the most difficult challenges with your colleagues
• Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with using new software/tools to drive client activation and increase wallet share.
• Industry Experience: Experience in start-up and fintech environments preferred. Less than 5 years experience, and eager to have a strong career in sales.
