- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

- Must have class 3 driving licence

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new client opportunities, including government projects via platforms like GeBIZ.
• Prepare and support the development of quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
• Handle and follow up on inquiries received via telephone and email.
• Manage incoming calls, coordinate deliveries, and oversee collections.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate deliveries efficiently to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory and customer databases.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in computer applications and general office tools.
• Responsible, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
• Outgoing personality with a proactive approach to providing support.

Operate Registers, Scanners & NETS

Operate transactions accurately & efficiently

Attend to walk-in customers and phone inquiries

Assist in display of products & inventory list

Perform general day to day cleaning & housekeeping duties (shop should be clean)

Perform cashier duties, including end of day closing & account balancing using point of sale (POS) machine

• Achieving sales goals and increasing revenue by selling products or services to new and existing customers outside of the company's physical location.
• Conducting face-to-face interactions with potential and existing customers.
• Building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Traveling assigned territories to meet with clients, provide product demonstrations, negotiate sales contracts, and inform them of new product releases.
