• Knowledge of mandarin dialect is essential

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
• Regularly evaluate the sales and customer service skills of staff, provide coaching on skills improvement where necessary.
• Monitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, product training, etc.
• Identifies and handles client enquiries and complaints.
• Recommend creative ideas to build/develop a strong regular clientele.
• Able to manage, drive and achieve KPI(s)
• Ensures store presentation is consistent with the brand image.
• Coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events and promotion programs with the team.
• Ensure proper security measures are enforced across processes and store.
• Prepare all required operations and inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the retail/beauty industry
• Able to work retail hours / shift work
• Possess excellent customer service skills, strong leadership, outstanding planning and coordination, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate a team of sales staff
• Strong in people management

Reporting to the Director, Sales & Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing business unit.

Job Responsibilities:

· Distribute and file all necessary documents and correspondence.

· Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients.

· Handle day to day enquiries, feedbacks, quotations, coordinate and follow up with customers.

· Communicate and coordinate with internal business units.

· Manage documentation and administration.

· Build credibility and trust by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness.

· Handle and maintain the inventory of all stationery and office supplies.

· Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

· Maintain the highest standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all Hotel residents, clients, staff and employers.

· Maintain professional business confidentiality.

Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

- Prepare for quotation using the system and required to register new items and mapping with code book in system.

- Contact customer for quotation follow up and receiving feedback about the submitted quotation.

- Required to contact the local and overseas (most likely Korea) vendors to get quotation for new items.

- Required to learn & study Marine Diesel Engines as an Engine Builder (STX Engine).

- Outstanding Invoice chasing.

Essential duties and responsibilities : -
