· Actively develop new prospects and maintained existing business accounts

Requirements

· Min Diploma with 1 year relevant experience in the related field will be an advantage (Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply)

· Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing and organizational skills

· Excellent analytical and time-management skills

· Effective negotiation and communications skills

· Self-driven, goal-oriented and motivated

· An effective team player and ability to work independently

· Understand and speak in both english and chinese

· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction

· Preferably some experience and knowledge in retail selling will be a good advantage.

· Able to use basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.

· Able to converse in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor &customers

.Must be able to work night shift or split shift
.Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed

Responsibilities:

• Quota carrier in charge of selling licenses & services, portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Mobile Solution, Custom Solution, and related Microsoft technology.
• Develop new sales leads through lead generation activities such as cold calling, social networking, marketing events, etc
• Qualify leads and provide account management in communicating effectively with prospects, customers, pre-sales team, project-delivery team. (Meetings, Tenders, Quotations, Costing, Proposal, Presentation etc.)
• Maintain appropriate levels of involvement in customer issues requiring resolution including enquiries, meetings, payments and other matters requiring field services leadership and management.
• Continue to build and grow personal knowledge of industry trends and related company solution offerings, as well as your general business management skills.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX, Azure, Office 365 experience will be an added advantage, or similar Solution Sales experience.
• Travelling is required for this position including overseas business trip and possess own transport.
