Overview for the role:

Provide back-end operational support, assist the Account Manager in managing/maintaining customer relationships; daily schedules of technicians; follow up with necessary logistics and procurement; and conduct product training for technicians and Customers.

Operational Support:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.

Contract Management:

• Responsible for contract renewals and simple repair quotations process.

This position is needed to play a key role in further growing the business. As our new Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within our SMB accounts.
