As part of this team, you’ll lead efforts to promote market-leading medical devices while driving business growth and team performance. You will gain exposure to diverse business responsibilities, including strategic planning, operations, and leadership development.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in healthcare, life sciences, medical, business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales or business management within the Medical Devices sector.
• Experience managing sales teams, setting targets, and driving performance to meet or exceed business objectives.
• Familiarity with scientifically or technologically advanced medical devices (e.g., cardiology, orthopaedics, neurosurgery, minimally invasive technologies, and similar will be considered).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and sales pipeline tracking.
• Exceptional ability to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, expand customer bases, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Experience in market research, planning, and trend analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of hospital operations and environments.
