Role Overview:
The Digital Solutions Engineer (DSE) - NGINX Specialist is a sales and technical role with focus on customer/partners and is part of the sales organization. The DSE’s primary responsibility is to support the sales team with technical skills and provide technical knowledge around F5 NGINX solutions to our customers. To be effective, an DSE needs to have excellent technical skills with F5 NGINX and knowledge on both F5 NGINX products and the “eco-system” that we work in. What you will do:
Articulate the F5 NGNIX product strategy.
Message and position F5 NGINX’s value proposition as well as solutions for customer’s business objectives.
Work with the regional Systems Engineering Directors (SED) to analyze regional business and market, define tactics and strategies.
Work as a part of a APCJ Solutions Engineering team to ensure corporate solution alignment.
Develop and communicate F5 NGINX’s value proposition to customers and partners.
Act as a trusted advisor to key F5 NGINX customers and partners during the design, build, deploy phases of their application and infrastructure projects.

What you will bring:
BS/BA or equivalent or 3 + years of related work experience
Experience in secure Cloud architectures, Modern and AI Applications
Experience with one or more public/private cloud vendors and automation toolsets
Experience with container orchestration solutions (eg: OpenShift, Kubernetes)
Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Golang, etc.)
Experience in presales as a systems engineer and end to end network and/or application solutions architect.

Indoor Sales cum Admin Executive
· Handle indoor sales include customer inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, and follow through to closure
· Expand clientele base through networking, cold calling, and social media channels to drive sales revenue
· Maintain sales services and relationship with existing customers through constant communication and excellent customer service
· Understanding of the Company's range of products and services to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
· Execute digital marketing campaigns and full spectrum In charge of In-house Brand and E-commerce platforms (Qoo10, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
· Inventory management and pricing strategies
· Procurement (sourcing, agreeing to terms, acquiring goods from an external source, marking buying decisions)
· Do up report weekly/ monthly for Data analysis (to track Sales performance, Customer purchasing habitsCosting, ROI, etc.)
· Conducting Market and Consumer research to identify local consumers based on market research and products to better meet the demand of local consumers based on market research
Requirements :
· Min Nitec/Diploma in Communication/ administration
· At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
· Able to work independently without much guidance
· Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
· Good negotiation skills
· Computer literate in MS office, outlook
· Prefer candidates who can start immediately
