Requirements:

• Strong layout knowledge with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Skills include Cadence layout, Cadence schematic capture, using CALIBRE & Hercules verification tools.
• Strong layout knowledge in submicron process, e.g. 16nm, 7nm, 5nm, 3nm etc
• Experienced in digital (standard cell, memory, I/O) layout
• Experienced in analog layout is also a plus

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for overseeing the country/market communications function within a large and complex business, directing the execution of global and market/country specific communication strategies, and leading employee engagement programs. The role establishes media relations strategies and creates original and consistent content for various channels. The role manages a team responsible for engagement programs and lifecycle communication strategies, and closely collaborates with consumer PR and partnership leads to ensure program evaluation systems are in place.

The principal accountabilities of the Customer Service Representative are to perform order administration duties and ensure that customer order requests are processed on a timely and efficient basis. This position will be responsible for supporting the ASIA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for complete order to cash process
• Process customer orders using SAP system
• Provide sales support to designated countries
• Coordinate the preparation of shipping documentation to customers

• Handle customer request for samples
• Work with Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade organizations to manage the Customer Profile(s)/End Use Certificate/Trade Restriction Covenant

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge in logistics and shipping. Familiar with export documentation e.g. Letter of Credit, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Export Letter of Credit orders, preparation of banking documents using Trade Services online banking system etc.
• Experience in processing ASIA import shipments is preferred.
• Experienced in using SAP system and MS Office is an advantage
• Good team player, able to work independently and takes initiative to resolve issues.
• Meticulous, organized and possesses positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Financing, Credit Management and Global Trade Services will be advantageous
