Job Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with the sales director to achieve the sales targets in the responsible area.
2. Develop long-term relationships with customers, responsible for customer management and maintenance, daily communication and provide customers with timely answers.
3. Conduct analysis of your customers, dig deeply into their needs and integrate internal and external resources effectively to form a comprehensive solution.
4. Grasp the dynamics of the international market, knowing and having own opinions on the market conditions.
5. Participate in international industry summits and explore sales leads.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor degree or equivalent and above
2. At least 7+ years of sales related experience in blockchain/cryptocurrency/fintech
3. Positive, optimistic and proactive
4. Careful and reliable
5. Base in Singapore
Compensation
1. The salary will be determined based on local market conditions and will consist of a base salary plus commission based on performance.
2. Those who fail to meet performance standards will be reassigned or terminated.
3. Base salary to be confirmed upon discussion.
