Supermom, a fast-growing AI data powerhouse, has a mission to enable parents and families to live better and smarter in Southeast Asia. Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and growing fast in other SEA countries, we are looking for Head of FMCG Sales (Singapore) to be a part of this growth story.
This role focuses on partnership development and harness opportunities to drive new initiatives with our biggest enterprise clients in FMCG and agency partners (i.e. Media, PR, Digital and Creative) and growing our business volume with them.
You will collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Commercial Solutions Development teams to create new ways of working with our agency partners to grow revenue for our portfolio of advertising products and services.
Your role:
- You must have extensive network of agency contacts and years of account servicing or sales experience working for/with agencies
- Nurture strong agency relationships to discover new ad revenue streams
- Partner with the agency's investment, planning, strategy, creative, and digital leads to assess client goals; and develop strategies that deliver pre-determined goals by leveraging Welovesupermom’s full portfolio of solution capabilities and assets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Revenue Growth on RFP strategy and response to briefs
- Reviews clients’ advertising plans with the Revenue Growth for delivery and fulfilment
- Reviews fulfillments done by Revenue Growth team to ensure the strategy and objectives are met prior to submission to the client.
- Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs.
- Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned.
- Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client.
- Proactively recommend strategies to Supermom top management to better engage and grow revenue from media agencies
- Discover creative solutions to day to day portfolio level challenges
- Create new portfolio level opportunities
- Create presentation materials and deliver for internal and external meeting
Requirements:
- At least 10+ years of media agency experience
- Extensive networks and contacts in FMCG and media agency industry
- Able to network and entertain clients to build relationships
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with acute business sense
- Entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good understanding of how agencies measure performance with relevant KPIs
- Good understanding of how agencies evaluate vendors and partners
