Key Responsibilites:

• Process new insurance applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Generate quotations using insurers' online portals.
• Verify client information and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and issue policy documents, certficates, and invoices.
• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
• Guide clients on claims processes and address their concerns.
• Assist clients with claim submissions and follow-ups as well as payment from Insured .
• Coordinate with insurers to ensure timely processing and resolution of claims.
• Ensure all insurance documentation complies with regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and client interactions

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any dicipline.
• Administrative expirience would be highly advanatageous.
