Get to know the role

You will support the Merchant Acquisition Team by tracking market trends and delivering applicable business insights, analysing sales pipeline and conversion data, and optimising processes to increase sales efficiency and growth across several Grab verticals - GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.

You will report to the Head, Sales and Grab Merchant Centre in Singapore.

This role will be onsite at Grab office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead market research and identify merchant acquisition opportunities across GrabFood, Dine-Out, GrabMart, and GrabPay.
• You will develop and implement sales processes to enhance efficiency throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to merchant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Customer Service

• Respond to and resolve sales inquiries from customers

SERVICE SALES

· Identify and develop potential business opportunities;

• In the project phase to assist in installation, hook-up, start-up, qualification for all facilities equipment.

What will you do?

• Experience in Bid Management, responding to RFP and other Presales activities.
