As Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales Enablement function by supercharging the success of our sales teams, equipping them with the tools, resources and knowledge to exceed our goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

The Intellectual Property (IP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of REC's IP plans and maintaining IP processes based on established policies. He/She will assist in overseeing and driving REC's IP portfolio management activities by analyzing and organizing information pertaining to IP portfolios to maximize and optimize business value, while ensuring compliance to IP-related legislation and guidelines, and participating in global IP enforcement matters. The Services required are set out as follows:

Information and Communications Technology (ICT) & AV support for school events

General AV Operations

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and maintain AV equipment within the school premises.

• The Personnel shall provide technical support in lighting, audio, video, and stage management for events organized by the Authority or external parties.

Lighting

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and manage lighting equipment to ensure optimal illumination and ambiance during events.

Audio

• The Personnel shall set up and manage audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue).

• The Personnel shall ensure optimal sound quality for live audiences and recordings, including balancing audio levels, managing live feeds and delivering clear audio for speeches, music and other event components.

Video

• The Personnel shall operate video equipment such as cameras, projectors, and editing tools.

• The Personnel shall perform live-streaming, event recording, and display visual elements.

• The Personnel shall ensure video quality and content align with the events’ objectives.

Stage Management

• The Personnel shall set up and manage the physical stage, ensuring safety, proper arrangement, and necessary equipment such as podiums and seating.

• The Personnel shall coordinate transitions between event segments (e.g., speeches, performances, presentations) with the Authority's staff.

AV Support for Staff and Students

• The Personnel shall assist in setting up ICT/AV equipment for events, meetings, and lessons.

• The Personnel shall provide video recording support for school events and lessons.

• The Personnel shall supervise students tasked with video recording events.

• The Personnel shall conduct AV training sessions for students and staff.

ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

• The Personnel shall collaborate with the SH (ICT) / ICT Manager to propose solutions addressing ICT/AV challenges, including technical specifications and cost assessments.

• The Personnel shall support the Authority in procurement processes for ICT/AV solutions and services, such as the following:

• Requirement Gathering: The Personnel shall assist the ICT department in gathering specific user requirements for AV equipment

• Demo and Testing Coordination: The Personnel shall with with ICT department to organize and oversee product demonstrations or testing of proposed AV solutions to assess their functionality and suitability for the Authority's needs.

ICT & AV Resource Management

• The Personnel shall compile raw footage, arrange clips and create cohesive narratives.

The QEHS Specialist support the Singapore team and assist in all EHS related compliance and performance of TES Singapore sites, which includes emergency response (drills and TTX), incident investigation and IH monitoring.
