• Receive customer enquiries through customer portal or email.
• Download, update, and monitor customer product Bill of Material (BOM), drawings, and specifications and its revisions.
• Prepare Sales quotation/proposal/tender documents during RFQ/quotation stage.
• Check and ensure compliance to all specifications prior to providing customer the proposal.
• Calculate material, machining, cladding and other associated costs to quotations.
• Ensure quotations submitted are competitive and maintain a good profit margin.
• Follow-up on proposals with clients to secure orders.
• Prepare and distribute a Sales Order Job Launch when customer awards Purchase orders.
• Project Management on active Sales Orders and delivery schedules.
• Manage and build customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to compile and submit documentations as required (e.g. pre-production/ final product documentations, concessions/non-conformances)
• Establish positive communications with customers regularly.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related

• Leadership of projects for improvements - Drive Factory initiatives to develop, implement and maintain sustainable improvements, cost reduction and competitiveness whilst maintaining Nestle Quality Standards
• Report & validation of project results - Monitoring the implementation of improvement intitatives within the factory, ensure that the benefits are properly measured and that the impact on production costs are clearly identified. Results are communicated to stakeholders.
• Training & methodological support - Practice and serve as a mentor to the leaders of focused improvement projects in the factory. Conducting and implementation of continuous improvement tools within the factory. Coordination of CI team activities (training, team formation, monitoring of progress, information sharing).
• Technical support for production including using industrial performance tools to ensure successful troubleshooting and debottlenecking of process flow related to equipment. Conduct on his own focused improvement projects, or coordinate and lead multi-functional teams to improve.
• Training, coaching and assessment for the factory and the local committees on GA practices
• Responsible to implement safety and environment practices in the workplace.

What will make you successful

• Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or related fields
• 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Demonstrated capability to lead a group of people
• Intermediate knowledge of TPM or similar continuous improvement methodology
• Good understanding of the business needs

Job Description:

· Acquire & develop new accounts: Identify potential business opportunities and prospecting new clients to grow sales pipeline

· A good team player who meet sales objectives and monthly sales targets

· Analyze and understand market trends and competitors; negotiate and close deals

· Ensure timely collection of account receivables

· Prepare quotations for customers and submit weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

· Possess own vehicle and valid class 3 driving license

· Preferably 3 years proven sales records in B2B sales experience in packaging industries Or Fresh Diploma / ITE Graduate are also welcome

· Be self-driven, result-oriented, proactive and have positive attitude

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
