POSITION SUMMARY

This candidate provides extensive pre and post-sales support for medical and hospital Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) Solutions/ Products to the Company's customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide user application support to customers by visits, phone calls, email communications, and hands-on training (on-site and virtually)

• He/ She is responsible to receive/ gather in time all information regarding product specifications or modifications of existing products, upgrading, or extending existing/new products.
