You will be expected to work collaboratively with other local and international collaborations depending on the need of the projects. One of the key focuses would be to integrate the transcriptomics and immunomics data and correlate with clinical data.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support lab projects.

- Perform bioinformatic analysis to analyse scRNA-Seq, spatial protein/transcriptomic data, proteomics data to produce manuscript-ready figures and data.

- Setup customised data processing pipelines for high-throughput sequencing data and antigen prediction.

- Supporting trial-related projects.

- Assist research manager/senior research fellow on any ad hoc bioinformatic analysis and tasks.

Requirements:
