As our high growth momentum continues, we're currently hiring for Junior Product Specialist to join our expanding Wound Care team in Singapore! The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of successful Medical Device or Medical Supply sales experience (Wound Care Solutions is a plus!) We offer competitive remuneration package and good career progression opportunities.

In this role you will:

· Identify and maximize sales opportunities in wound management to achieve agreed sales target and to grow the business in accordance to strategy.

· Develop and maintain the Account Plan in order to identify potential volume.

· Network Accounts, mapping and developing contacts with key decision makers and influencers beyond the standard sales call.

· Promote the full range of products to Accounts, to increase sales revenue and to achieve strategic supplier status in these accounts.

· Manage an agreed and balanced number of Key accounts. As projects are realized or become reprioritized, they should be replaced by new opportunities.

· Full consultation and liaison with Sales Managers to ensure that planned activities are in line with and support over all strategies and objectives.

· Support our in-market research, sales calls, training, launches of new products etc.

· Seek market information on competitor activities and products to help shape accurate strategies and marketing campaigns.

· Identify training needs to develop competencies required to improve performance and meet customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum a Diploma in any field.

· Minimum of 3 years in Product Specialist (Sales) or equal experience in the Hospitals & Nursing Homes market will be an advantage.

· Strong understanding of the medical industry.

· Excellent communications and relationship development.

· Analytical and independent.

What you will be working on

What we are looking for

Experience in procurement function with a focus on policy formulation and governance is preferred.
Familiarity with tendering processes and experience in participating in tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
Experience in data analytics, proficient in tools such as GeBIZ Management Console (GMC), Power Query, Power BI, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module is a plus.
Good knowledge of the Government Instruction Manual on Procurement, including procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

In this role you will:

A. Sales Support:

· Reporting to Sales Manager.

· Being the centre point of contact for sales ordering placing, including orders from various countries.

· Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.

· Be involved with the entire sales operations process, from issuing invoice, navigating customer to payment platform, issuing sales order, purchase orders to other trade-related documents.

· Responsible for shipment arrangement to ensure smooth & consistent goods delivery.

· Establish active communication and engagement with sales and logistic team to ensure that orders are processed promptly.

· Point of contact for Key account inquiries and being an inside sales for existing customers.

B. Accounts:

· Maintain accuracy of general ledger.

· Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation etc.

· Prepare monthly financial and management reports for management.

· Oversee AR and AP data and maintenance of sub-ledger;

· Handle data entry of transactions to accounting system.

· Support audit and tax queries.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level & ITE or Diploma with 1 years working experience will be an advantage.

· Basic accounting skills.

· Computer skill such as MS Office.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

What you will be working on

As a member of the Strategy & Planning department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping CPFB's future by leading the strategic planning process. Your responsibilities include conducting future sensing, framing complex issues, and developing business strategies aligned with CPFB's goals. Additionally, you will oversee governance structures, ensuring effective discharge of fiduciary duties.

The broad areas of your responsibilities include

Conduct comprehensive future sensing and environmental scans to identify emerging trends and issues affecting CPFB.
Frame complex and ambiguous issues, developing business strategies that align with CPFB's operational realities.
Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders, including senior management, to identify growth opportunities aligned with CPFB’s strategic goals.
Develop and cascade strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with CPFB’s priorities and effective resource management.
Review, update, and align key indicators with CPFB’s strategic workplan to monitor progress towards desired outcomes.
Institute robust governance frameworks and policies, monitoring implementation and compliance to ensure proper discharge of CPFB’s role as Trustee.

What we are looking for

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Register patients, explain charges, collect payment (including day-end closing), schedule follow-up appointments and provide financial counselling for patients scheduled for procedures.
Answer patient queries through platforms (mobile, telephone, email, face to face)
Maintain and update quality records according to the standard guidelines on identification, filing, storage, maintenance, and disposition of these records where applicable.
Ensure the consultation and procedure rooms are in order and check that all equipment and supplies are available and ready for use.
Prepare instruments for procedures (if any), assist doctor and clean procedure rooms.
Support in OT and anesthesia procedures
Handle patient concerns expeditiously and courteously, escalates to senior team accordingly if in doubt.
Maintain and highlight any feedback on quality of service or issues on medical equipment or process to Supervisor.
Manage and update stock records for medications stored within the centre, including monitoring of par level of drugs, medicines, supply and stationery. Replenish stocks as per required quantity.
Chaperone and assist doctors in carrying out treatment and nursing procedures for patients.
Dispense medications according to doctors’ prescriptions, supported with supervision.
Cross-support nurses in their duties across each specialty discipline as required
Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
BCLS and AED Certified
Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical setting, experience in Operating Theatres and anesthesia an added advantage
Works precisely and accurately with details and facts. Is methodical and does not overlook details.
Demonstrates pro-active role in anticipating patient needs and in delivering satisfaction.
Service oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able and willing to work clinic hours on a 5.5-day work week

4. Source and broaden Company's product range from reliable local/overseas suppliers

Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Act as an intermediary between customers and suppliers to address any technical requirements and clarifications.

5. Be an effective contributor to the project team
