Key responsibilities:

1. Initiate connections with potential leads and clients by diligently following up and entering their information into our CRM system for streamlined management.
2. Proactively cultivate and expand relationships with leads, ensuring systematic tracking and qualification of these connections.
3. Engage in proactive follow-ups with leads to convert them into loyal customers of our brand.
4. Handle all incoming inquiries from both local and international customers via phone calls.
5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, including room types and amenities.
6. Utilize the property management system proficiently to address room availability, log special requests, and provide relevant information to customer inquiries.
7. Conduct training sessions for our agent partners worldwide and support live sales efforts at the property.
8. Offer consistent support and services through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, online chatbots, and social media platforms.
9. Proactively anticipate and address customer needs as they arise.
10. Meet service level agreement targets regarding response and follow-up times.

Required skills and attributes:

• Candidates with at least 2 - 4 years of experience and proven track record in sales or customer service roles.
• Exceptional verbal, reading, written, analytical and reasoning skills are a must
• Robust interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
• Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong Microsoft Power Point and Excel Skills desirable

JOBSCOPE

• Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales on thecocoatrees.com and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada and TikTok), including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns.
• Work with performance marketing agency to monitor and analyse website performance and customer data, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Support day to day tasks that include creating and optimising product listings, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and keyword optimization to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive targeted website traffic and increase conversions. Support digital marketing operations, including products and campaign setup. Managing the briefing and reviewing of creative assets for marketing campaigns.

• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders, such as clients, partners, suppliers and town councils.
