• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Formulate pricing strategies as well as execute marketing plans and activities that are in line with the overall sales & marketing plan.
• Oversee product sales launch matters, which included sales gallery, liaising with marketing agencies, monitoring of progress of sales, handle after-sales administration, implementation of sales documents, monitor and manage expenditures against the approved budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles of at least 7 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity, within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property development processes, and sales cycles.

16. Oversee, monitor and analyze all operational risk management activities of the organization and reports to the Board.
17. Create and implement strategies and plans for disaster recovery and business continuity.
18. Coordinate mock disaster exercises regularly to improve on the plans and procedures.
19. Responsible for the Sales and Business Development for the range of company products both locally and overseas.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Sales General Manager or above in a global company.
2. Bachelor Degree with minimum 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience is a must.
3. Well versed in Business Japanese Language to liaise with counterpart in abroad.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Skill (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary: Basic up to $3000 (depending on experience) + Comms

Transport Allowance: $800 (if no car) / $1000 (if with car)

Job scope:

- Conduct direct sales activities outdoors to potential customers.
- Meet IDs & sell sanitary product / toilet fixtures e.g. sensor tap, soap dispenser, hand dryer, toilet bowl etc.
