• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and /or related areas
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in Hospitality / Food Catering.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matters within the Sales & Marketing Department.
2. Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiating customer visits, performing site surveys, preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, follow up and engaging in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to
   Company pricing policies.
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and inquiries.
4. Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
5. Coordinate with the Operations Department and customers in the scope of work and project executions as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
6. Support Operations Administrations Executive to prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims, and statements of accounts to customers punctually as well as facilitate prompt receive of payment from customers and final accounts for completed projects
7. Refresh the Company website and marketing materials frequently and organize marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and awareness.
8. Identify new market trends and seek potential business opportunities as well as generate monthly reports for Management.
9. Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
10. Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations, and ISO standards.
11. Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
12. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed.

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

As a SME relationship manager, you'll be tasked to provide a range of corporate financing products largely in property backed financing and factoring to a portfolio of small-medium-enterprises.

Your specific responsibilities include:

• Service and foster relationships with existing accounts to increase utilization and reduce attrition
• Growing the revenue of your portfolio by originating new loans and maximizing utilization
• Sourcing new prospects to onboard new borrowing SME clients
• Conduct financial and qualitative analysis on companies

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player, pro-active, aggressive and result-oriented
• Prior 3-4 years of experience in SME trade finance and property financing is required. Candidates with factoring experience will be preferred.
• Able to write effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
• Good credit and financial analysis skillset.

Job scope:

- Conduct direct sales activities outdoors to potential customers.
- Meet IDs & sell sanitary product / toilet fixtures e.g. sensor tap, soap dispenser, hand dryer, toilet bowl etc.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
