-To provide after sales customer support if needed

Requirements:

-IT sales experience with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage

-Customer oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills

-High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, responsible, able to handle stress; including the ability to work independently and challenging environment

-Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills

-Proficient with computer, especially Microsoft office applications namely, Outlook, Excel and Word

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Establish and maintain good relationship with customers

-Quick response to enquiries

Other Information:

Working hours: 9-6pm (Monday to Friday). May need to work late occasionally.

-Salary Range (depending on experience)

• This position is open for training on potential candidates on Interior Design and Fabrication Services.
• The right candidate shall be professionally trained to serve our target clients over the course of 6 to 12 months.
• Candidate should possess mental aptitude in managing client relationships.
• He or she should be an excellent commuicator in both verbal and spoken context.

1. To assist the Admin/Sales Executive and Operations Manager in sales and marketing.

2. To prepare quotations and inquiries.

3. Data entry for accounting-related matters.

4. Organizing, collecting, and filing sales orders.

5. To support other office administrative jobs.

6. To assist on any other matter as required by the Admin/Sales Executive and Operation Manager.

7. Experience with accounting software will be an advantage.
